At Content Archive, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. We offer a 14-day refund period for the training, guides, and support materials included with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital content, the video clips library is a non-returnable digital product.

1. 14-Day Refund Period

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for the training materials, step-by-step guides, and support resources included with Content Archive. This refund period allows you to evaluate whether our educational content and support meet your needs.

The 14-day period begins on the date of your successful purchase and payment confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Digital Content

The Content Archive video clips library (100,000+ premium cinematic clips) is a non-returnable digital product. Once you have been granted access to the clips library, the content cannot be "returned" or "undownloaded."

Therefore, refunds cannot be issued for the video clips portion of your Content Archive purchase. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution of our premium content.

3. Partial Refund Structure

If you request a refund within the 14-day period, we will refund the portion of your payment that covers the training materials, guides, and support resources. This represents approximately 50% of your total Content Archive purchase price.

Refund Breakdown:

  • Refundable (50%): Training materials, step-by-step guides, monetization resources, and support
  • Non-Refundable (50%): Video clips library access and content

This partial refund structure ensures fairness while protecting our digital assets from potential misuse.

4. Refund Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Additional products purchased as upsells or add-ons
  • Order bumps or special offers included with your purchase
  • Subscription renewals (must be cancelled before renewal date)
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  • Any downloadable content that has been extensively accessed or downloaded

Each product or add-on may have its own refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Invalid Refund Requests

8. Account Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund request:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • You may not re-purchase Content Archive at a later date if there is evidence of policy abuse
  • Any downloaded content must be deleted from your devices (though we cannot enforce this, it is expected as a matter of good faith)

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide evidence to your payment provider showing that services were delivered
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue legal action

  • Failure to achieve a specific income target
  • Lack of viral content or engagement on social media
  • Not reaching a certain number of followers or subscribers
  • Changes to third-party platform algorithms or policies

Your success depends on many factors including your effort, consistency, creativity, and market conditions. We provide the tools and resources; you must apply them effectively.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing our content or services:
